I’m subleasing my room in my apartment at Orion on Orpington, just down the street from campus (you can take back roads to get to campus instead of having to get on Alafaya, which is wonderful). Looking for a female to take over the lease.
Rent is $545 and I’m looking to move ASAP. There are three other roommates, all female, nice people and they keep to themselves. You have your own bathroom and a big walk-in closet. All utilities are included and there is a 42-inch TV in the living room with HBO. There is also a washer/dryer, and a microwave in the kitchen, as well as a shuttle to UCF. You’re also within walking/less than five minute driving distance of Publix, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Wawa and Waterford Lakes.
